Sample File: Dum Da Doh by Melodie-MC-Simpson
File Format: IMA/DVI ADPCM
Sample Date: 20-2-95
This sample file is a compressed WAV file using IMA/DVI compression, hence
you need windows support for this standard. Also required is a 16bit sound
card. This puts a lot of people out, but the fantastic compression ratio
it offers should convince everyone to get it (and it speeds past the pace
of the MicroSoft Sound Compression, which turns your 486 into a 286).
Please note that this sample file has been cut down in size again by reducing
the sound quality to 11kHz Mono, although still 16bit. The original file is
16bit 22kHz Stereo, which in my opinion is "almost great", but not the
"crystal clear" 16bit 44kHz Stereo Paradox Remixes usually are.
Now to the mix - Dum Da Doh is actually Dum Da Dum by Melodie MC with a
twist to the Simpsons. Homer features regularly on this version
with his classic expression of loss. The final remix actually
contains even more Homer on the loose, and more time on the
track.
Remixed by DJ Paradosso
